We find that if the client is out of the house while we clean it makes it much easier and quicker for us to get the job done for you! But we totally understand if you need to be home for whatever reason, and we can work around you.

Of course! We have pets of our own and we are happy to keep your pets company whilst we clean.

Yes, we have full police checks and can provide these if necessary.

Unfortunately it is an occupational health and safety hazard for us to remove our shoes, however we wear trainers with light coloured soles which will not scuff or mark floors.

Absolutely, if you have a surface that requires a specific product we are happy to use it, it just needs to be non-toxic. All of the products that we provide are ph balanced and non-toxic. Further product information can be found here - koala.eco

We are happy to meet you at your home, however we understand that this is not always convenient for you. Many of our clients leave a key for us in a lockbox or a secure location, or alternatively we are happy for you to give us a key to keep with us.

To secure the clean, our clients pay via bank transfer one week before their scheduled clean.

Yes, if a cancellation is made for any reason within 48 hours of the scheduled clean, we will take 50% of the prepayment (the remaining amount will be refunded).
